Migraine is Preventable, Manageable and Transformable

Migraines are totally preventable, manageable and transformable (is that a word?).
If this pill is difficult for you to swallow this..then stop reading now and don’t waste your time.
I work with people who are willing to accept a different reality or have a deeper knowing that living in this chronic and debilitating condition is not their true nature, that the cards they were dealt, and/or is not how their life is supposed to be.
But they just haven’t accessed the map yet...
In order to fully transform the migraine there are few key things you need to know.
You don’t have to believe it, it doesn’t matter because it's TRUTH.
In my experience, research and transformation of 35 years of chronic migraines and creating a remedy that is used worldwide and winning an award as one of the top 100 Healthcare Pioneers in Alternative Medicine of 2021, best blogs of 2019, featured in Healthine, and donated to migraine institutions.I have found the core root of migraine pain is a voltage issue with a brain that has hyper reactions to sensory stuff. I figured it out 10 years ago but had to prove it to myself.
If you ask anyone who deals with migraines they will tell you they feel both underwhelmed and overwhelmed at the same time. It’s like being a shadow of a high voltage Ferrari with no gas, no money and no gas station, a shadow of themselves..Usually it's because they are so depleted from dealing with the pain for years and not knowing how to restore or replenish themselves specific to the migraine requirements.
The diet for someone who deals with migraine is different than mainstream diets because the brain is different. Personally I never changed my diet, I was too lazy.
Then there is the genetic component. I have found the majority of people that still suffer with migraine inherited the gene (not all). And in this case we have to deal with ancestral stuff which requires us to do deeper work.
But just because it's in your bloodline doesn’t mean you have to suffer from it. According to epigenetics...your environment...meaning your surroundings, the people around you and how you respond to can turn on the migraine gene (s).
The problem is the migraine gene usually gets activated when we are young and our nervous systems don’t have the wisdom to deal with the stressors in our environment so we turn inwards. And whatever that little one’s coping strategy is usually becomes our adult strategy.
And when this happens.. All kinds of inner circuitry can go awry...there can be allergy issues, muscle issues, digestion and circulation issues...the list goes on and on..
I would invite you to look at where are you emotionally allergic to stuff in your life, where are you not flexible in your thinking and where you are unable to digest life and circulate your feelings and emotions...there is always a feeling or a story that goes along with your pain.
I would constrict and close my heart.
What I found out about myself is that anytime there was a stressor or something that emotionally hurt me, a migraine would show up and literally run interference for me so I didn’t have to feel the emotional pain-which actually hurt me more because I didn’t have the tools to deal with it at the time.
When people live with any kind of chronic pain...they/we change...their body chemistries change which affects our moods.
And what eventually happens is we become so disconnected from ourselves..we forget who we are and sadly don’t even remember what we even want anymore because pain has become the overriding driver in our life.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
You weren’t meant to suffer
It's just that you took a wrong turn by accident with no map or directions to get back to yourself.
There is a map, there are directions and you can get back in the driver's seat and start up your magnificent Ferrari self.
